The following therapeutic abilities have traditionally been attributed to the ingredients:
Juglans regia (Walnut): Skin problems. Itching and eruptions, acne.
Acidum Citricum: Helps to regulate the Krebs Cycle, which is a series of enzymatic reactions in aerobic organisms involving oxidative metabolism of acetyl units and producing high-energy phosphate compounds, which serve as the main source of cellular energy. Also called the citric acid cycle, tricarboxylic acid cycle. Since the citric acid cycle is the center for energy production within the cell, fumaric acid must be present in every cell of the body as it is a by-product of the cycle. Although fumaric acid is not a foreign substance, it is metabolically very active.
