As soon as oestregen levels begin to drop..problems appear.
This so-called "change of life" is often accompanied by some very unpleasant symptoms: hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, dizziness, increased irritability, anxiety, restlessness, depression, and decreased desire.
It has been known for a long time that certain plants contain plant-oestroegens.
The ancient civilisations in which the pomegranate grew plentifully, had found out the rejuvenation effects of it thousands of years ago.

Phyto-estrogens help regulate hormonal balance, supports healthy bones, and have a positive influence on metabolism in the brain. .

A comparison with China and Japan clearly illustrates the lack of phyto-oestrogens in the European diet.
