The following therapeutic abilities have traditionally been attributed to the ingredients:

Arnica: The injury remedy supreme. For after effects of exertion and bruised pains and soreness.

Bellis perennis: “Muscular sorness. Lameness as if sprained. Venous congestion. Debility of limbs due to a gouty type of arthritis.”

Byronia: “Stitching, tearing pain, worse by motion and improving with rest. Knees stiff and painful. Joints red, swollen, hot, worse on least movement.”

Guijacum: “Acute rheumatism. Contraction of limbs, stiffness and immobility. Shoulder, arms and hands. Joints swollen, painful and intolerant of pressure.”

Ledum Palustre: “Gouty pains through feet and limbs. Swollen and hot. Throbbing in shoulder. Cracking in joints. Rheumatism begins in lower limb and ascends. Soles painful, can hardly step on them.”

Rhus tox: Hot, painful swelling of joints. Limbs stiff, paralysed. Sciatica.

Ruta graveolens: Joint pains. Sensitive to cold and cold damp.Treats aftermath of old injuries causing arthritis.
